My name is Elemotho Gaalelekwe, singer/guitarist/songwriter hailing from the Kalahari desert in Namibia...I see myself as a modern nomad who uses words, rhythm and melody as medication in a world that is hungry for spiritual meditation. With my 4th Album "Beautiful World" released worldwide by ARC Music in 2017, my sounds have been shared everywhere from Africa to Europe blowing away audiences with power and poetic presence. I grew up with storytelling around the fire and that has inspired me to create something that could make you dance as well as listen, smile as well as cry, find peace as well as wisdom. The music has gone as far as featuring in the Netflix series “Frankie and Grace” as well as I earned to become a musical Ambassador for Save the Rhino Trust Namibia. In 2017 I was recognised by the Namibia Annual Music Awards as "Life-time Achiever" being less than 40 years old.

Elemotho has been feauturing in large Festivals such as Rototom Sunsplash Festival, Ke Nako Africa Festival, WOMAD, Afro-Pfingsten, Territorios, HIFA to mention but a few. In December 2017, "Beautiful World" was selected as TOP 10 under the Wiriko and "Africa no es un pais" selection for best African Albums 2017 (Spain). The album scooped the award at the U.K One World Music as Best World-Global Fusion Music Album for 2017.
